Hi, I’m Jackie Rusek Zofkie, the founder of Best 4U Health LLC —and my mission is deeply personal, powerful, and rooted in faith, experience, and compassion.
More than a decade ago, I received a life-altering diagnosis of stage 3 invasive lobular breast cancer. After a bilateral mastectomy, axillary dissection (with 9 out of 47 lymph nodes removed involved), and one harrowing dose of chemotherapy, I felt a divine nudge from the Holy Spirit: That moment changed everything— I knew I had to walk a different path.
I declined radiation, pharmaceuticals, and the rest of the standard protocol. Instead, I committed fully to a holistic journey of healing, and I haven’t looked back since.
Why Work With Me
I’ve been in the shoes of someone facing a terrifying diagnosis. I know what it feels like to be in the thick of fear, anxiety, and uncertainty. I understand the whirlwind of tests, appointments, opinions, and the emotional exhaustion that comes from trying to make the “right” decision when every moment feels critical. I’ve been there— I’ve felt the fear, the overwhelm, the weight of decisions, and the emotional rollercoaster that comes with navigating conventional and alternative care. I’m still walking the walk, a healing journey grounded in integrative, faith-led care that honors the whole person.
I, like you, hold many roles dear, as I am a wife, mother, stepmom, Mimi, daughter, sister and friend. I am blessed to be a Mom to 3 biological children. 3 step children, some bonus ones too along with 8+ grands who call me Mimi. I worked with a variety of supportive healers over the years: starting with the support of La Leche League, going back to school and becoming my own health coach, working with counselors, life coaches, functional medicine doctors, personal trainers, reflexologists, massage therapists, as well as seeking the expertise of other healthcare and medical practitioners including Dr Susan Silberstein, the founder of The Center for Advancement in Cancer Education (aka BeatCancer.org) as my Holistic Cancer Coach.

I have the honor of working as an international Conquering Cancer Coach and have interviewed top health experts for the Healing Life community in their Ask the Experts series. I’ve shared my story on various podcasts and summits, such as Don’t Ignore The Nudge with Cori Freeman, Dr Jenn Simmons’ RealHealth, Lisa Murtha’s Verbal Journal and Dr Jen Integrative Doctor Mom as well as at the 2025 Beljanski Integrative Cancer Conference in Austin Texas, and in Nathan Crane’s documentary Conquering Cancer: The Missing Link.
But more than titles or training, what I offer is education, resources of hope and presence.
